About Us
We’re a small team of organisational psychology professionals who share a passion for creating thriving workplaces and communities. We do this through partnerships that promote healthy leadership, teams and cultures.
Why Mint Collaborative?
A play on words, mint signifies the ‘fresh’ perspective that we bring to tackling challenges – a completely different way of thinking about both problems and solutions. Mint also happens to be incredibly resilient!

And we are ‘collaborative’ on a number of levels. We see ourselves as partners with rather than consultants to our customers – truly working with you to achieve great outcomes, not just handing out off-the-shelf solutions that may not be right for you. We also partner with other highly skilled professionals to deliver our services, wherever we believe this would best meet your needs (and we will always be transparent about this).
Our Approach
We pride ourselves on putting people first in all that we do. We believe that the best outcomes are achieved through true partnership and co-design, blending out psychological expertise with your unique context, priorities and values. And above all else, we strive to provide practical solutions for real impact.
Uncompromising Authenticity
We stay true to our values, fostering trust and transparency in all we do.
True Collaboration
We build genuine partnerships, working side by side with clients to achieve shared success.
Pursuit of Excellence & Impact
We strive for the highest standards, delivering meaningful results that make a lasting difference.
Continuous Learning & Curiosity
We embrace curiosity, constantly evolving to bring fresh ideas and solutions to our clients.
