Our Coaching Offerings
Our coaching focus areas are led by you, and may include wellbeing, sustainable high performance, interpersonal challenges, organisational change, effective management practices and career development. We can also help with performance and outplacement coaching.

With our coaches and psychologists, you’ll have a safe space to confidentially work on your top priorities, and be supportively challenged to become the best version of yourself.

Depending on your priorities, we also have a toolkit of psychometric assessments to draw from to enhance your coaching experience.

A number of core beliefs drive our approach to professional coaching:
We believe (and research supports) that coachees are more likely to be successful when they are in the driver’s seat of their own coaching journey. We empower coachees to take ownership at all stages of their coaching with us.

We believe that it’s important even in a professional and Executive coach setting to consider the whole person, not just their work self (within the coachee’s comfort levels). How we recharge and if our psychological needs are met outside of work has a strong influence on how we show up at work, and how we sustain high performance.
Our Coaching Model
Our style of coaching blends approaches from Executive coaching, psychology, and mentoring based on our own professional experiences. Our focus is on being a trusted partner who empowers coachees to be at their best, using evidence-based coaching practices.
We use the ‘CLEAR’ coaching model (Peter Hawkins), as we feel well aligned with its focus on trust, relationships, ongoing refinement of goals, and evidence-based assessment of progress.
